WARRANTY:
Warranty & Service
Every MARNAUT is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects on the movement, case, and crystal. Parts other than these are not covered.
To make a claim, contact us through the form on our Contact page with your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. We'll reply by email and ask for photographic proof of the fault.
Please note — the following repairs or replacements incur a charge, even within the warranty term:
Failure or damage from improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
Failure or damage from unauthorised repair or modification
Failure or damage caused by fire, water, or natural disasters
Aesthetic changes from normal wear and ageing (minor scratches, wristband colour change, fading of plating)
We recommend a routine service every 4–5 years to keep your automatic running at its best.
SHIPPING
Every MARNAUT is dispatched within 24 hours from the Adriatic, fully insured and tracked. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Europe: 2–4 business days
UK, US & rest of world: 4–8 business days
Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your watch leaves our boutique.
Duties & taxes: EU orders are delivered with all duties paid. For orders outside the EU, any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS
Undamaged items in original packaging and still bearing the original label can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested outside this period cannot be accepted for a refund.
To start a return, email mario@marnaut.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, and any import/export fees incurred by MARNAUT will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the watch.
Exchanges: want a different reference or dial? Just reach out and we'll arrange it.
CARE
A few simple habits will keep your MARNAUT performing and looking its best for years.
After the sea: rinse the watch with fresh water whenever it's been worn in salt water.
Before entering water: make sure the crown is fully screwed down. Water damage from an unsealed crown is not covered under warranty.
When setting the time: take the watch off your wrist before adjusting, to avoid bending the stem.
